There has been a lot of news lately of salmonella issues with pet treats “Made in China.” I am a huge proponent of buying “Made in the USA” labeled products. But Kasel Associated Industries, Inc., which manufactures dog jerkey treats “Made in the USA,” has unfortunately made itself onto the “bad guy” list by not only having issues with salmonella in their product, but also for refusing to recall these products!
The product is Kasel jerky treats, sold at Costco. Costco is working with the FDA to get these products off their shelves.
