New Customers: A free Meet & Greet is REQUIRED before any services are to begin to meet you, your pets, and to go over paperwork, routines & to get any necessary keys before. You must request the Meet & Greet at least 4 days before services are to begin to give time to schedule this.
Current Customers: Please submit your request no later than 2 days before the dates needed to give time for scheduling. Submitting a request does not guarantee the dates/times you need. They must be confirmed either via telephone or email with the sitter before services are actually booked on our end.
